Kayhyg

Who is the greatest philosopher of your world. Describe what they taught and how it changed the the way people react to the world.   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Kayhyg was originally a wizard who wanted to research the Asti. Where most of his peers studied the Astini and their children in order to create increasingly more complex magics, Kayhyg went the opposite direction. He had the fundamental teachings that if these things could be combined further, then they could be broken down further than they ever had been. It was Kayhyg established the 4 elemental Asti as commonly accepted, and he is the one who also preached of the existence of Movement, Light, and Dark, but he had a more difficult time with the general acceptance of these.    Kayhyg was a northerner, and his teachings of Light and Dark are still generally accepted in that region. Beyond this, his first apprentice became obsessed with Movement, and eventually went on to found the Wizards of Speed. Kayhyg's impact on Western religious philosophy really cannot be overstated.    However, there was one discovery above all others, one that has been blotted from the history books and now only exists in lost texts. That discovery was that there is one above all else: Tet, the godhead. Tet is all things, and all things are Tet. A modification of Tet would be a modification of all, and interacting with Tet could change the very nature of reality.
