The leader of a fleet of pirate ships.
Qualifications
An admiral effectively needs to know how to sail a ship to have the respect of their men, although this isn't technically required.
Requirements
There are no requirements for this rank in the pirate fleets.
Appointment
This rank is normally appointed after killing the previous admiral, or making some sort of compact with other captains in order to form a fleet.
Duties
Morale is very important on a pirate fleet, and maintaining this morale is paramount.
