Session 4 Report, September 28 2021

General Summary

• The characters shared what new uncommon items they received from Lady Strange

• Day before the festival, the party spoke to Pyro and learned why he stole the pocket orb… he thought his Penelope was inside, which eventually Pennie guessed a goat.

• While the party was in the Wyrmling inn talking to Pyro, a figure in the back of the tavern was eyeing the characters and stoically watching them.

• Eventually Pennie made her way over and introduced herself and Anvil came over to the table and introduced himself.

• Once the characters got all they could from Pyro, they made their way over to the Dirty Spittoon to talk to the barkeep Jurgen

• While there, they gathered some intel on a shadowy figure named Nathor

• Nathor wears a mask at times to disguise himself, mask is silver and there’s no cut out for a mouth

• For this intel about Nathor, a small fee in the form of a gem (that’s not really a gem, thanks to Anvil) was paid and a letter was asked to be delivered

• The party took the letter and once outside in the crowd, Pennie carefully opened the letter using her fine small tools

• (the letter) “Myron, meet in the Misty Forest north of town during the first night of the festival extravaganza “

• Pennie read letter, resealed it and all eventually all delivered the letter to Ulim Korn at the Morning Lord’s rest

• The party witnessed Myron Boran enter and was shown to a table in a back room after the party was denied entrance due to be all booked up

• Rysar in a disguise spell entered and delivered the letter to Ulim who proceeded to hand it to Myron in a back room

• Outside, Nancy Finn noticed Pennie and asked her where Nestolis was and wanted to find out if they had any information or had found Rice

• Not wanting to upset Nancy further, Pennie and the party said they would let Nestolis know Nancy was looking for her

• Nancy also stated as she walking off, to tell Nestolis about a masked man that she saw several days ago outside Strange Manor, with lady Strange

• Shopped at Mages & Misfits Magic Shoppe, where Rysar purchased some coal and some diamonds for a spell

• Stopped at Alvin’s Arm & Armory, where Tiffany purchased a hand crossbow and bolts and traded in his bow and arrows

• Rested for the evening, Headless Wyrmling Inn

• The party woke and took part in some festival games, where Anvil proceeded to smack down a contestant with one slap, in a slapping game… Rysar as well entered an insulting contest and won on the first insult… Heinrich also launched ball bearings, was it, all over the place attempting to hit a target

• After the festival games were played, we wrapped up for the night… to be continued!
