Durnil

In the year 18 of the Fourth Era, The Elidian Empire Amassed the largest fleet in history and set out for the ancient human homeland of Durnil. The mass migration was led by General Holthan, who would later become Burgomaster.
In the 20 years since, the Empire has set up several major cities and man outpost to mine valuable resources. But the last several years have seen an increase in the number of goblin, hobgoblin, gnoll, and other creature attacks.

"Stories tell of an ancient kingdom long lost to history, with advanced magic and technology. The kingdom of Durnil, was said to have flying machines, armies of advanced constructs, and even great floating cities, created by lifting and turning over a mountain. While the more fantastical claims cannot be substantiated, there is suficient evidence to support the existence of an advanced culture in the ancient past. Archaeological findings at the Coastal City Ruins and (REDACTED) are consistent with a culture that had access to building materials that came from modern day Alla Tasai, the Kalahari Dessert, and the island nation of Chuul. This suggest that this civilization was capable of mass trade far before current theories suggest."
