General Summary

August 6, 8318, The Astral Trio decide to return to the blacksmiths to see if their weapons were done early. Fortunately, They were. While there they meet Titus, a half orc who has been staying with the Fangcrushers for the last few days. Bree challenges him to a fight and he accepts, though Titus fakes being more injured than he is. There is an attempt at deception which works against the odds, and the local red cloaks are convinced to spend a quit night in, leaving the Astral Trio to a relatively calm afternoon of shopping, as well as investigating the activities of the redbrands. In the evening, Titus approaches Sildar Hallwinter in the bar and negotiates a search and rescue job, Find an agent he sent to Phandalin months ago who has been out of contact named Iarno Albrek, or at least find the reason for his lack of communication. Titus also plays the dangerous game of attempting to invent something, using the Stonehill family Inn, and the Stonehills, as a testing ground. Thankfully, it seems to go well, and he creates the difficult to eat but ultimately satisfying Potato Bag, a potato, baked, hollowed out to just the skin, and filled with warm soup. The party retires for the night.
