Hêylêl
The Salacious Wolf
Heylel was once the Emperor of the Latonan Empire, Augustulus, and noticed the decline of his people’s, the lycanthrope’s, fertility and the ruination of his empire at that insult given to him by the gods. He begged the gods of Empyrea for forgiveness and heard no reply save for the whispers of indignation at the indulgence he participated in his failing empire. In desperation, he pleaded with the Gods of Gehenna and was given a tynma by Adrammelech. He sacrificed the entire city of Comune’s body, minds, and souls to the gods of Sheol. This caused the minds of countless lycanthropes worldwide afflicted with fertility issues to nearly go insane from the demonic corruption. It was thanks to Faustulus’ actions lycanthropes can now reproduce from fluidic contact and reproduction. Faustulus had been fully infatuated with becoming the first archon of Sheol, Hêylêl the Salacious Wolf. His constant acts of indulgence and degeneracy to keep ahold of his empire extended to him creating a massive Hellmouth in Comune to allow demons to pour through.
Though growing more indulgent in his acts and committing horrendous atrocities in his desire for several heirs to his lineage, he still cared for the empire that was crumbling around him. He had invested several resources in mages to create a race of soldiers capable of putting down the insurrections in his empire. He was eventually forced to flee from the ruins of Comune when the Hellwalker decided to approach him in mortal combat. He now resides with his many children in his plane in Sheol dedicated to indulgence.

Hêylêl rewards lascivious acts of indulgence and brutal dominance in combat. Those who offend him serve the pack as prey or unwilling sacrifices. Source Gods & Magic pg. 33 2.0 Minor Boon: Hêylêl ’s touch mutates a part of your body. You gain either an unarmed Strike that deals 1d6 damage or one that deals 1d4 damage and has the finesse and agile traits. Whether the attack deals bludgeoning, slashing, or piercing damage depends on the mutation. If the unarmed Strike replaces a limb, you can still use the mutated limb for its original functions. Hêylêl chooses the form and function of your mutation. Moderate Boon: You spread Hêylêl ’s aura of indulgence everywhere you go. You can cast Vision of Beauty once per day as an divine innate spell. Major Boon: Hêylêl uses your body to birth a new monster, regardless of your gender. Once per day, you can spend 1 minute to birth a monster determined by the GM, which rips its way from your belly. The monster’s level is up to your level and it does as it pleases, following Hêylêl ’s will, though it doesn’t attack you unless you have lost his favor. You are drained 3 from the ordeal. Minor Curse: Horrid visions torment your mind, overlaying reality at inopportune times. You treat everything around you as if it was concealed. Moderate Curse: Hêylêl marks you as prey. Any creature with imprecise or better scent can smell you from 100 × the usual range of their scent and can’t shake the feeling that you smell like prey, so they might attack you even if they would normally avoid attacking creatures of your ancestry. This smell doesn’t magically compel their action, and the scent of prey doesn’t overcome a deeper bond such as that with an animal companion. Major Curse: Your dreams are an unending stream of salaciousness. You need 16 hours of rest to try to get enough sleep to recover resources in daily preparation that normally require an 8-hour rest, and even then, you must succeed at a DC 15 flat check to do so, and you are still fatigued on a successful check.Feats Requiring Worship of Hêylêl ...
