Devon Dilbert the Coroner
Devon Dilbert is the Coroner in Hemsfirth. He imported ice to keep the Priest's body fresh for our arrival. He was impressed to see someone from JinJaru arrive, he seemed to know about their specialty there. He is a little strange which makes people a bit suspicious of him. He does do strange things like sniff formaldehyde
