Parte Finis (Par-Tay-Fee-Nis)

Parte Finis is a land seperated from Queen Victoria's rule and the church. It is similar to Scientia in that it values brain over brawn, but where Scientia is about looking to the future and innovation, Parte Finis is about recollecting history and learning from it.

It is ruled by Lord Delian Hansen
Language spoken: mixture of the languages of the land. They encourage people to know multiple languages.
Parte Finis is a Middle Class city.
There is no real military, they mainly hire dark hunters and/or mercenaries.
Main Trade: Knowledge! Books! Understanding!
The people of Parte Finis value Self Reliance, Academics and Recollection.
