Hostis Victor
When Ivar 'The Godsman' came upon the lands of Haven was bound to raid and plunder the lands, until the inhabiting humans welcomed him and his soldiers. in open arms. Instead of cowering by their fleets the Havenite Ældars allowed them to engage in trade within the city. While they were in the city the Ældars and their religious leaders, the Brimirs, began to inform Ivar that they believed that the Brimirist gods had sent Ivar to their lands to aid them in their battles. The Norðs had already believed in certain godly figures that show them visions on where they are to travel. So this to the Norðs began to believe in these gods and that Ivar himself was molded in image of the gods. After this the Ældars had asked the northmen to aid them in their conquests of southern lands, in the Woods of Drasen. The Norðs burn and chopped down the forests and their inhabitants, being the only armies to successfully invade the wood-elven territory. After this Ivar was named Hostis Victor, "Foe Conqueror" by the Ældars and Brimirs. This name would be given to one other person, Odgrub 'The Iceblade' after vanquishing the Elven invaders of Haven. King Knut Davidson of Nordheim has self proclaimed the title after retaking Odgurheim from the Esterians.
