Tarter Bowmen

Lord Tarter Bowmen is the current head of House Bowmen and is the Lord of Arrowpoint. He is the brother of Lucifer Bowmen, the father of The Carter Bowmen.

Appearance

In his youth Tarter was strong with fiery red hair and pale skin. He now wears a white wig. He is very plump with a puffy face and skin "as red as his hair was".
Some jest that Tarter is the "Lord of Tarts", as he is known for his indulgences. He has just reached the age of 87.
