Pakkish Talsyn

Mordred's subordinate Azher'Tek. One of the first to convert. He changed more than others and has almost zero morals when it comes to obtaining more knowledge.
Has a particular fascination with experimenting on children, as he believes their souls haven't settled yet, and can be manipulated easier. He aims to prove that to make the most powerful engineered creatures, one must start young.
The suffering caused to Ogrim by Pakkish's experimentation led to Mordred removing the souls of any children the Tek captured so that they wouldn't experience the same fate.
Mordred doesn't punish Pakkish only because he was a good person before his conversion, and Mordred feels responsible for his behavior.
