Scepter of Power

The Scepter of Power is a combination of Castor's Eye and the Ancient Hafir's arm, engraved with Morilan and coated in gold. The Scepter can be unfolded (maybe it stretches out telescopic style) to become a taller staff, due to Hafir's unique physical mutations and its clever design. The Scepter allows its wielder to activate Castor's Eye by saying its name, Hafir. It also allows the user to cast a set number of spells without needing the ability to use or perform magic, simply by speaking predetermined keywords. It is limited, but very powerful. To a skilled mage, this can be a handicap, but to an individual without the ability or knowledge to use magic, it is an incredibly powerful weapon.
