Goblintown

Goblintown is the outermost district of Drakmort, existing as an impoverished slum outside the city's walls. The district is named for the fact that it is home to many of the city's underprivileged races, including goblinoids, orcs, and gnolls, as well as impoverished and lower-class members of all other races.
Despite its relative poverty, the district is noteworthy for housing Drakmort's harborfront, a key source of employment and income for many of Goblintown's impoverished individuals. It is also home to the Twisted Knuckle, a popular tavern known to attract numerous adventuring parties in search of work as well as a steady local customer base.

Notable Locations

• The Twisted Knuckle is a popular tavern which has risen to prominence in recent years. The tavern is owned and operated by the human sorcerer Wilhelm Chesterton Mo'Liar, with much of its staff and clientele being composed of former and current adventurers.
• Doc Hatchet's Surgery is a back-alley medical facility for denizens of Drakmort that can't either can't afford or refuse to accept the healing magic of the city's many clergies. The eponymous Doc Hatchet is a self-taught bugbear physician, having immigrated to the city over a decade ago and has tended to Goblintown's sick and wounded ever since...with generally favourable results.
• Cabby the Tabby's Taxi Company is a freelance chauffeur business run by Cabby, a tabby tabaxi who drives a taxi. The "taxi" in question is a carriage pulled by two particularly ornery Axe Beaks; what the fearsome birds lack in customer friendliness, they make up for in speedy transport to nearly any part of the city.
