Session 1 & 2: The Meeting of the Menardians

General Summary

The Introduction

Our heroes first met within the quiet inn of the Gallant Unicorn. This establishment is run by Adam Bergill a barkeep of some renown in the city and a veteran of the 2nd Dragon Wars. The Inn is located within the central burroughs of Stockzign a prominent settlement of the Republic of the Valley.
 

The Heroes

Our heroes are a group of ragtag people that found themselves at the inn on the fateful day of the opening of the Abyssal Rifts.
We have Fingers, a tabaxi rogue with a penchant for cartwheels and exagerated swagger within his artful swings of the blade.
Oranji is a Majmun Monk that left hsi home in the monastery on a quest to find a relic to bring him back into good graces with the leaders of the Monastery.
Mr. Schmeaty, a racous cleric witha repitoire of powerful healing spells, yet seems to desire to cause injury rather than heal it.
Solair, a strong and forthright hedge knight seeking monsters to fight and damsels to save.
 

Session 1 and 2

The beginning of the adventures of the Menardians was a sudden and bloody one. Gates to Hell opened across the Material Plane casuing untold numbers of cassaulties. Two of the nearby citizens were splattered by a set of Lemures and Abyssal Hounds that crashed in through the windows and doors leading to the main street. The party jumped into action taking out the small group of demons with ease.
Thier first real challenge was the massie Gargoyle that burst in upon the characters and began to assault them. It through people across the room and bloodied the entire party until it was felled by a combined effort of blows from Fingers and Oranji.

Some gold and alcohol, and a starting base location, the inn of the Gallant Unicorn
