A successful jewel merchant in his middle 60's, married to an Owlin named Philomena. He has a noticeable big city, coastal accent that may make him seem less trustworthy than he is, but over the years the Castellan of Raven's Rock Keep has also given him property management responsibilities, collecting rent on behalf of the Castellan. His shop also operates as an official exchange where prices are regulated in order to allow the conversion of coin into gems and vice versa for easier transport and investment. As such, icies is also a controller at the Loan Bank which oversees the pricing and the coinage.
