Both the Layer of Lightning within the realm of elements and the living concept of Lightning.

Zhalisthen, The Layer of Lightning

Zhalisthen is a place usually between Ahzlisthen and Fehlisthen, where sparks play around by jumping between the two, often with some of the denizens of Fehlisthen acting as checkpoints. Lightning Spirits are often described as liking to race, but it's more that they like to travel, they like to move, and so when they are allowed to, they do.

Zha is often described as being a very energetic person, rivaling even Eth. Though the appearance people describe Zha as having varies wildly, it's usually that he is a tall, fairly skinny man.

Spirits

The spirits of Zhalisthen are often energetic, sometimes flighty spirits that for the most part just try to get from point a to b in the most 'fun' way possible.

Spark

Sparks are the ones who usually make a path for the Currents to go through. At least when it comes to lightning from clouds to the land. A Spark starts at a point and jumps from dirt to dirt (dust) on a path down from the sky to the land below.

Current

A Current is what comes after the spark, usually. Once the Spark makes a path, then the Current, or a group of Currents, jump along the path the Spark made, with some even veering off to try and find enjoyment elsewhere.

Shamans

Shamans of Lightning are an unusual bunch, sometimes seeking speed, the harmful abilities of lightning, or other things.

Common Appearance

The appearance of a Shaman of Lightning is usually normal except for occasional twitches, though sometimes they have strange lightning cracks in their eyes as well.

Common Tasks

While the main tasks of a Lightning Shaman are done while they are in the layer of Lightning.

Common Abilities

Said to be able to produce lightning from their fingertips, or have lightning arc between two objects. Amongst other things.

Common Bans

The ban of a Lightning Shaman varies so wildly due to how each of the spirits have something different they want. Some of the most common are the need to walk a certain distance a day, or touch objects as they pass by.
