Assassin
Assassins focus their training on the grim art of death. Those who adhere to this archetype are diverse: hired killers, spies, bounty hunters, and even specially anointed priests trained to exterminate the enemies of their deity. Stealth, poison, and disguise help them eliminate their foes with deadly efficiency.
These deadly killers are unaligned with the law by nature and are experts at disguise. As well as this, they are sufficiently skilled enough to move silently, hide from their targets, and execute stealth attacks.
Assassins spend their lifetimes engaged in spy missions, some involving spending months or even years in hostile territory. The aim is to gather crucial information and to return to their spymasters or employers with intel that can change the fate of worlds.
Abilities
Assassins are skilled at being able to kill or incapacitate targets while avoiding confrontation. They are masters at dealing high damage from sneak attacks, and can even poison their weapons without the risk of poisoning themselves. With training, they can deliver stealth attacks that can instantly kill their target. Alternatively, if their target is wanted alive, they have the ability to merely paralyze them, allowing time for them to be tied up, or otherwise restrained. Provided they are intelligent enough, assassins also gain a limited amount of magical ability, allowing them to cast some minor arcane spells. The spell effects are generally those that make it easier to approach or kill a target, or those that aid the assassin's escape, if discovered.
