Conch of Teleportation

A conch of teleportation is a device that allows flawless teleportation to a single specified location.
The item is a large conch shell upon which the uvar ("storm") rune has been carved. Conches of teleportation are typically about 2.5 ft in length.
The item allows the user to cast Teleportl once to the location determined by the item's creator, who has inscribed the uvar rune on the shell. The spell always brings any creatures it transports flawlessly to the designated location with no chance of error. The conch regains its magic at dawn.
