Poncho's boathouse

Poncho's boathouse is a rickety boathouse located along the river between the Qinn Waterfall and Apple Bridge. It's directly south of the War Temple.
The boathouse itself is run down, and serves only as a home for Poncho. Poncho keeps what mementoes he has of his homeland in the building, and has several miscellaneous items strewn about the place. He does have a small rowing boat here, however, he only uses it as a makeshift bed that rocks him to sleep every night.
