Quabus

Quabus is an expansive dungeon beneath the Old Blire Manor in the town of Cinderburgh. It was built in praise of the red dragon Defroksanz, prior to the Dragon Purges. It holds a layer that serves as a temple to Defroksanz, as well as a layer used for humanoid testing and housing a portal to the ancient Plane of Dragons.
