The Deep One
Leviathan (a.k.a. Lord of the Depths, Deep One)
Alarm bells echo across the ship as the waves toss it around like a child's toy. Black cloud hide the scene from Solar's eye and a torrential downpour floods the deck. A cry is heard from the crow's nest. Rocks? Land? Another ship? Noone can fully hear what the young man high on the mast is calling out, but the message is soon clear. A massive shadow of a jagged head and long neck overhangs the ship and her crew. Scales the color of the ocean glint in what little light still shines in the storm. Six blue eyes watch the crew scurry about like a disturbed nest of ants. Lighting sparks across its teeth as its maw opens to devour the ship whole. Only one survived to tell the disastrous tale. The young man in the crow's nest, by some miracle found his way to shore. He was the only one with breath left to speak the name of the beast, Leviathan.
