Titan (a.k.a. Earthshaker, Eldest of Giants, King of the Mountains)

Birds take flight and powerful tremors shake the land. A group of heroes stand steadfast despite the quakes, expecting any other encounter with a giant. However, the head that appeared over the horizon was not what they were expecting. A pair of vine-wrapped horns arc over the foliage-coated head. A hammer of glowing elemental energy is hefted over one shoulder. Each step of this giant shake the earth for tens of miles. Standing far taller than even the king of the giants, Ysmir, it casts a deep shadow over the heroes. Like other encounter with similar beings, only one survived. They told the tale of this giant. It primordial deity, and a major contender at that. The name given by the survivor? Titan.
