The Council of Elders is restored

20 years after the defeat of the Masked Overlord, Draco Elara returns from the Librarian's Labyrinth. This Labyrinth had been his prison for that time. He returned to see his home in shambles. That night he had a vision. Him and three unknown people sat around a table within the Hall of the Ancients. He asked the heroes who had saved him to search the lands for these other three. While they did that, he ascended the 10,000 steps to the Hall. Over the year he repaired the ruin and honed his powers from Manibusignem: Fire God. The heroes found the other chosen and defeated the agents of darkness that wanted them.
