First of his Kind Ace Brightflame (a.k.a. The True Dragonborn)

Since ancient times, dragonborn have been enslaved and oppressed by their superior kind, true dragons. This changed when the prayers of the dragonborn were answered, which gave life to a new kind of dragonborn. This dragonborn is distinct from its brethren, as it has gained much more from the true dragons, most notably wings and a tail. Both dragons and dragonborn call this new species, True Dragonborn.
Ace Brightflame, a True Dragonborn, The First of His Name, grew up in the slums of a dragonborn village like any other. As soon as he was born, he was seen as a sign, a prophet, the messiah, a gift to the oppressed of his kind. As such, he was raised in secrecy, in fear of what the true dragons might do if they discovered him. However, he somehow knew his true calling, making his presence difficult to hide, and the true dragons came to know of him when he was just 5 years old. But much to the dismay of the dragonborn, the dragons were not furious, instead they were intrigued, beheraps because he resembles them a bit more. They knew Ace was meant for something great, and would not stand in his way, they treated him as any other true dragon. He soon started to rival the dragons in strength, wisdom, personality, and intelligence, and they would finally see him as an equal.
Through this connection, Ace served as the link between dragon and dragonborn, working to unite the two. It was a difficult task, which took many years, as both sides were still sceptical as to how strong the connection would become. Around the same time, perhaps by luck or chance, a lesser species rose in number, the Kobolds. The kobolds were eager to work fo little to no pay, as long as they could do it for the superior dragons, as they seem to worship them like deities. Ace saw this as an opportunity, now that the dragons would lose their main work force, they needed another, where kobolds rose to the occasion. The kobolds are not as strong as the dragonborn, but they outnumber them by a lot, making them a viable work force, and their faith makes them reliable and loyal. Ace made deals with the three species, and came to a conclusion where every party was satisfied. As a result, the notorious true dragons became more friendly or reasonable, making them a relatively friendly society to the rest of the world.
When he felt like the resolution became unbreakable, Ace set out into the world, where he discovered his passion for all life, and worked to preserve it. To this day, he has made multiple safe havens for rare, exotic, endangered, or previously extinct species, each with a similar design but different environments. In his search to rescue such species, he is also searching for other dragons, who departed before he became the messiah, to let them know what he has done, and make them see the path he has made. This however, is a much more difficult task, as these dragons are older, reclusive, and more stubborn, making them unlikely to change their opinion.
He is still regarded as the saviour of the dragonborn, and an equal to dragons. He places no value in fame, and is not well known outside the draconic society, but every dragonborn and most dragons knows his name.
