Gerry Rex

Gerry Rex was born into an unknown tribe of orc who did not like their blood line soiled by human blood and defanged Gerry as a child and gave him away into Temple of Ayos. He was put into the temple in a basket and blanket with Rex rune on it, witch became Gerry's only real possession. High priests named Gerry after the primal sound he made when anyone approached him and after the rune his blanket was carrying. In the temple harsh life of work and dissatisfaction waited for Gerry. Serving in the cleaning until one day he stumbled onto an ancient artefact while cleaning, touching it and having a vision that was witnessed by a high priest Keboni. Nobody ever told Gerry what prophecy he spoke off, but the attitude to him by his temple mates has drastically changed from that day onward. He was enrolled into Cleric training and became a cleric against his wishes. When the time of a pilgrimage came high priests were against it, but alas he had to gain experience somewhere. So they reluctantly agreed to his pilgrimage to take place after his 22 birthday. At this point Gerry started to have visions of Ayos. Getting commands and arguing with nobody in sight. He went onto the pilgrimage, but high priests had him followed, so their chosen one was never out of sight. This someone was Etas who to this day stays at his side. They met when Etas was watching him and nearby caravan was assaulted by demons, Etas got into way and unbeknownst to Gerry he became his best and only true friend. Most of Gerry's pilgrimage has been chasing after girls, drinking, cleansing undead and studying so the damn voice in his head will be silent for a change.

Gerry is a slightly sociopathic half-orc who occasionally talks to his god Ayos who talks back to him and nobody can see or hear him, giving Gerry some loony feel. On the other hand he can do miracles so maybe he is not completely crazy, but who knows.
