Yurthanamos
One of the four greater guard captains, Yurthanamos is easily one of the most militaristic.
Having been over one hundred years since having obtained the position, one would think that it would not allow for much upward mobility in his ranks. However, through continuous strategic micromanagement he operates with excellent structure. Whenever the need arises he devotes the time and resources towards another guard captain with their own specialty, and routine training to find which amongst his forces are best suited towards serving under the roll.
Often taking over or assisting other greater guard captains as needed, most of the time he spares them forces only as required. If it's a split second emergency he often gets to demonstrate his own unique city cavalry containing a combination of lancers and archers. Any longer-term excersise of military might usually results in implantments of combination forces containing a medic, two spearmen, and a higher ranking officer.
He himself is known not to operate on a 'need' basis, but rather a very active one. Even when it comes to fighting simple crimes his mighty frame can be spotted in the chase.
Recently his operations and jurisdictions now fall upon the docks, as he has taken over for the Greater Guard Captain Will during his recovery.
Those closer to him also know him as a family man who tries to make it home for dinner.
