Magitech is the combination of magic and technology, as the name would suggest. This invention has only been around for just on 40 years but is still constantly evolving and growing to more and more places, helping more and more people. Magitech is solely made to help people, have it be people that cannot use magic or people that can.
Currently, the impact of Magitech may be small in comparison to other currently existing technology, its use and reach can be monumental when it's full potential have been discovered and it has been spread out to the entirety of the world of Terra.

Utility

Magitech was discovered to bridge the gap between traditional technology and the great powers of magic to hopefully create a fantastic combination of the two.

Manufacturing

Currently to manufacture any magitech items you have to manipulate crystals imbued with magical energy to be able to integrate it with the technology. This process can be extremely volatile and could cause serious injury if not death to the manufacturer if they are not careful when creating anything.

Inventor(s)

The inventor of the technology has decided that they want to keep their identity a secret for the moment for their safety so that no unfavoured types find out who and where they live so that the secrets can be given to the wrong people.

Access & Availability

Magitech items are only available in major cities around Elona and Sigma at the moment but are not outlawed to be taken out of the cities. Information and schematics for creating magitech are still very secretive due to how dangerous it is to make. It is said that once a safe method of creating Magitech has been discovered or developed, schematics for the creation of magitech items will become public.

Complexity

Creating Magitech devices and tools is still quite difficult due to how volatile magic is and how difficult it is to adapt into technology, however using Magitech devices are quite easy and simple due to all the danger being only in its creation not in its use.
