House Baenrae

House Baenrae has existed in Terra for Millennia. The most notable and premier Drow House in Kisland, and one of the original Kingdoms that joined together in order to found Runevale. House Baenrae has representatives in the House of Commons, and affiliate themselves with the Akashic Party.
They provide a plethora of warriors and soldiers to the Deepwatch, and also hold their own forces within their House, mainly focused on the protection and expansion of the Underdark portion of Runevale.
It is noted that they currently have a political alliance with House Orville.
The party currently understands that they have a prophecy which calls for the rebirth of Lolth, the Spider Queen, and are using one member, Dorian Orville to enact such prophecy.

Structure

House Baenrae is primarily lead by the Matron Mother of the House. She is the leading voice of the House. Her partner, the House Patron, all though holding no official power, holds much prestige. Other positions of power and note within the House exists for those skilled and capable enough to hold them.

Culture

House Baenrae is mainly Matriarchal, with the women of the House holding the most power and influence. They are fairly private and reserve in their dealings with the rest of the city.

To protect the city from the creatures of the Underdark and to further expand the Underdark network for Kisland.

History

House Baenre just was, and always had been, the First House of the Drow.
