Order of the Quill

The Order of the Quill is an underground collection of rogues who's purpose is to fool adventurers into accepting quests and challenges that will ultimately lead to their kidnapping. In kidnapping 'well to do' adventurers, or well known travellers the organisation is able to fund its many underground activities including a infamous black market which thrives in many of the larger cities of the world.
