Structure
The structure of the church of the moon is very much closely related to the Protestantism church in the real world. A person starting in the order is called a Doctor, as you spend more time and worship with the group you will grow into a Resident Bishop, these people spend most of their time studying the goddess herself it is still available for these people to leave the order. Once a Resident Bishop has completed their study they must go on a spiritual journey to prove their dedication to the goddess. Once this trial has been completed, the Resident must go through The Ceremony of the Crescent to be promoted to Bishop. As a bishop you work directly with the church as a trainer of others to get closer to spiritual awakening. After proving your worth you can be promoted to Archbishop to oversee bishops below you. As you spend years in this position a small group of your superiors could see you as worhy to become an Elder, this is a group of generally 5 or 6 people. Even though these people make very important decisions for the church, they still elect one person to truly rule the church, this is the head and face of the church called the Preacher of the Sickle.
Culture
These humble worshippers of Sehanine are peaceful, but powerful. They don't directly try to show their power, but others around them respect their order and respect the power of the Moon Goddess. Although they are not the only powerful religious organization. They accept all that enter their doors and respect those who don't believe. Although they are always looking for more Resident Bishops to join the order.
Public Agenda
They are motivated to do what they do because they want to be accepted by their goddess, the Preacher of the Sickle understands and speaks to the goddess herself and wants all to bathe in the glory of her moon light. While this is true they haven't gone and forcefully made anyone join the order.
Assets
They get quite hefty donations from the people and funding from The Council for what they do to maintain religious peace across The Great Kings Empire. They have small churches in most large cities across the land of Terrack, but their HQ is located in the city of Diwell in Bekend of The Great Kings Empire.
