Agnessa Mallown is a short and elderly woman, with dull grey hair tied into a long, thin braid. She has wrinkles all across her face, most notably around her piercing blue eyes - which are always filled with an air of sadness, regardless of the current situation. Her mouth is often set in a grim line as she goes about her business, although it softens when she speaks to those who need comfort during difficult times. She wears a dark purple robe that cascades down to her feet; on top of this hangs an intricate silver necklace inscribed with several ancient symbols related to death and mourning.
