Mystic Menagerie

Mystic Menagerie houses all manner of rare, mythical, and mysterious creatures from around Terrafonna. Visitors can view anything from unicorns to dragons to phoenixes within the walls of Mystic Menagerie. There are also many interactive exhibits where visitors can learn about mystical lore and gain insight into the strange beasts that inhabit this realm. The zookeepers take great care in making sure these animals are safe and happy, so visitors can be assured that their visit will be a pleasant one! Their Mascot is a Narwhal.

Purpose / Function

To protect, preserve, and promote the magical creatures that call Terrafonna home. In addition to serving as a tourist attraction, it also serves as an educational center where visitors can learn more about the animals in their care and how they fit into the larger ecosystem. The zookeepers also work hard to ensure that these creatures are healthy and well cared for in order to maintain genetic diversity within the population. Finally, Mystic Menagerie strives to raise awareness of conservation efforts both locally on Parchrime and beyond throughout Terrafonna so that all species may thrive in this unique environment.

Sensory & Appearance

When entering the room at Mystic Menagerie, one is greeted by a pleasant yet mysterious atmosphere. The walls are adorned with paintings of mythical animals and symbols while gentle music plays in the background. A soft light emanates from lamps placed around the room to create an inviting ambiance and showcase various artifacts housed within glass cases. One can smell a mix of scents coming from outside enclosures where certain animals reside—the exotic fragrances of forests and jungles combined with earthy smells like flowers or grasses. In some parts, it’s chilly, while other areas may be pleasantly warm due to magical lighting emanating from objects such as floating orbs or lit candles near cages.

Denizens

The Mystic Menagerie is regularly inhabited by a variety of creatures and monsters.
