Weelen's Pawn
Weelen's Pawn is a one-story building located on a busy street corner in the city of Weelen. On the outside, it is painted a bright green and yellow with bold black lettering that reads "Weelen's Pawn." One large window on the right side of the building allows passersby to peek into the shop, its shelves filled with an eclectic assortment of goods for sale. Around the front door there are two colorful flags fluttering in the breeze; one bearing a shield-like emblem denoting protection from theft or loss and other featuring a bag overflowing with coins indicating wealth gained through trading.
Give a detailed description of the inside.
Inside Weelen's Pawn is a cramped and cluttered shop full of oddities and treasures. Shelves stocked with all sorts of interesting items line the walls; from antiques to vintage clothing, to hardware tools and more. Hanging from the ceiling are old clocks ticking away in time as well as vintage lanterns that offer dim illumination upon entering the store. In one corner hangs an array of ornate jewelry pieces set aside for further inspection by customers. Towards the back, there is a counter where customers can purchase or pawn their goods or have them appraised for resale value. A 31-year-old human man sits behind this counter helping his clients find just what they're looking for in exchange for coins or barter if necessary.
The man is named Doug Wilkenson, and he has been running the shop for four years. He is friendly and outgoing, always eager to help out those who come into his store looking for an antique or special item from their past. Doug prides himself on being able to offer affordable prices as well as taking care of any paperwork that needs doing in order to keep everything above board and legitimate. While most of his customers are locals, occasionally a tourist will wander in, looking for something unique that cannot be found anywhere else.
Doug Wilkenson is a young, burly man with sandy blonde hair that falls to his shoulders. His face is friendly and welcoming, and he often wears a slight smile. Doug stands at 6 feet 3 inches tall, has broad shoulders and strong arms from years of working in the shop. He wears simple clothing such as jeans and t-shirts but they are always well-kept due to his pride in running Weelen's Pawnshop. While he may not have much money himself, it is clear that Doug takes great care in making sure his customers go away satisfied with their purchases or transactions made in the store.
