Castilian Spring

Overview

The Castilian Spring is the sacred purification spring of the main votive area of Delphi.

Historical Context of Importance and Implications

It is the very spring that Apollo purified himself in - any attempt to desecrate it will result (150% chance) in incurring the Wrath of A Deity Condition upon the violating individual. The degree of this Wrath is in this case dependent on the importance of the location, not the level of slight made - so the effects can be quite devastating for a character.
