Admantite

Adamantium
Overview
From: The Ley of Akyris of Atlantis, 100CY :[Apollo] as noted under Mithril described the competition with his twin sister Artemis sought to determine who among them would be the deity of archery. Each proposed to set three arrows against three targets of the other's choosing. Whomsoever won would be the Master of Archery.Artemis, knowing the her brother could hit anything - approached Hephaestus to forge three Impenetrable Targets, so that even if struck - the arrow would not even mark the surface. This Impenetratium was forged in a fire using the light of the moon as its source - but as this was ultimately Sunlight in origin it was secondary in power to Apollos. The three targets were set up and Apollo still penetrated them.
The twins then worked with Hephaestus after the competition to complete the work - and Admantite was forged. It too was used as arrows for practice but was found to damage the bows as it slid across them - and was ultimately rejected as an arrow-material.
