Arnhem the Commando

Arnhem the Commando was at one point a Captain in one of the local Royal legions, and having been wounded was forced to retire. He chose to retire near to the bridge that his legion had spent so much time traveling to - only to never cross it. He has been determined to ensure that warriors patrolling deep into the area can always find a hot meal and a drink.

He runs the By The Way Tavern.
