House of Ithil Feredir - Moon Hunter House

Overview

The House of Ithil Feredir or Moon Hunters is the sixth of the Noble Families, and is the name most associated with exploring in Ancient Chronicles. It was the Feredir who first stepped from the Moon onto the Earth to explore. Many of the Elven settlements on Earth were named after this family in some way.

The Ithil Feredir were the key explorers of the earliest Elven community from the Moon. They are the explorers of the culture.

House Symbol

The shield shows a Waxing of Werewolves. This is representative of their hunting of Werewolves from the origins of the house. It is said that the House started exploring in part to pursue the rising of Lycanthropes in centuries earlier.

In Elven, a group of werewolves is known as a waxing - matching the term for a growing moon phase in the night sky. 

House Assets

The House specialises in managing extensive silver and true silver mines in parts of Atlantis. It governs the forging of Elven silver currency - the Crescent. Most Elves use these presents it's members with silver bows and arrows, and silvered weapons - with each house member often specialising in destroying Lycanthropes. 

Their assets extend to access to the best of Elven armaments - in particular armor and shields. The House provides a 50% discount on the price of Elven Chain mail to it's members. 


The House generates warriors, hunters, and rangers from the Warrior class.
