Jerryn the Red

Background

Born with an insatiable thirst for adventure, Jerryn found himself restless within the confines of his ancestral home Frostlight Hall. With his trusty hammer and pack slung over his shoulder, Jerryn bid farewell to the familiar comforts and set forth into the unknown. His journey led him across treacherous mountain passes and over a rough sea, until at last, in 808, he arrived at the docks of Highland Rim.
Once there, Jerryn wasted no time in finding his place, and so he found himself in the company of the Highland Rim Mining Front, a group of miners, led by Don-Jon Raskin. Under the guidance of the grizzled Dazlyn Blackblade, Jerryn quickly found himself within the thick of the organisation's work. Long shifts, long days, working hard to turn a profit, Jerryn soon became well known within the mines, and made close friends with an older dwarf named Norbus Stonearm.
Jerryn and Norbus came close, good friends, and decided to mark their friendship with a magically infused stone. Should one of them ever find themselves in danger, they could use these stones to magically apparate to one another.
With the months and years passing, Jerryn realised that his riches and fortune was all just an illusion, but what he lacked in fortune, he made up for in memories, friendship, stories and comradery.
