Posmon Deliva is the postal system used by Valonia Empire. It is the fastest way to transport the message and even goods from the very far distance. They use horses and sometime catas ferronus as a medium of transportation.

For the citizens, they can come to nearby post office to send any message and the officer will write it on papyrus. Educated citizen can bring their own written message as well. The messages is sometime being encrypted for additional security. The message will be rewritten in the empire's own developed protocol, or the dead languages, like the language of steel.

Once the message is ready, they stored a written papyrus in a enclosed cylinder. For the other goods, they store in bags. Then the Postman are picked, who can be the hired horseman or the legion depending on situation. They packed with supplies and a map of roads network to make sure they don't get lost.

The prepared postman then ride along the constructed roads which is spraed across the empire. The delivery time rely on the goods they carry, For example, sending a message between Valone to Knrik take 3 days at maximum, but may double if they carry bags of metals. There is no caravan to prevent bandits for compromising.

Once they arrived at the destination, it is depended on how the postman are told to do. They can send to the postal station, or direct to the receiver's house. The postman can find the receiver with certain description brought from their sender such as their name or their family name. The postman can receive the pay from the station, the sender, or the receiver - usually an amount of Sarts. They can go back to the former place, or stay there, waiting for the next delivery.

Utility

The goods don't have to be messages. They can send a bag of money or some belonging, anything that one postman can carry.

Inventor(s)

It was first developed since the Empire of Kritus to deal with the communication within their vast territory. It was used for the government only, sending back and forth about any city problems, or war reports. The Valonian adapt the same system with additional of automobiles.

Access & Availability

The emperor always have their own postmans who can be called at any time. They are usually a disguised Valegion.

The Cozy Outposts

The traveling is somewhat too long to complete in one week and might risk a food shortage, and does the inn and outpost come to prevent this. It provides with basic accommodation and good quality cuisines. It even has stable for their mounts, taking with care. These places are placed throughtout the road, who also use this service for resupply themselves; some of them can even grow their own foods.
