Gerblin's otherwise unremarkable face is marred by a rather gruesome scar, several inches long below his left eye. He suffers from a skin condition that causes small, raised pustules to appear all over his scalp and face.
He wears gaudy jewelry in his ears and his nose, mixing and matching a wide array of styles of rings and whatever else he can fasten to his appendages.

Gerblin takes particular exception to customers in his shop who do not say hello upon entering, and especially to anyone who tracks mud across his floors. That REALLY drives him mad.
