Kerelei is a drow on the hunt for Desmond.

Dirt learned he should seek out hte "drow woman" as she was related in some way to Desmond, the man Dirt wants to kill. She had been accosting and threatening Vexlorn residents who had done business with Desmond while he was in town. Eventually, Dirt tracked her down, and as both had the same goal, decided to work together and capture the last person Desmond had interacted with; Neegan.
