Overview

Norah is a mysterious woman the party as meet multiple times throughout their jounry. 

Primrose Campaign

After seeing her in the background when meeting Renard Kerthzorn and The Doge of Perfume Bay, Diero Marivald the party finally meets her in Vexlorn. She invited them to watch an opera and learn more about her, and her role in the investigating of strange occurances in Primrose. She is privy to entities that might be behind the schemes and clarifies their goal is to sow chaos and discord. While light on details, she says she hopes the group will learn to trust her.
