Prisetta is a Water Genasi and disciple of Talista, The Nemesis Justicar.

During a dream Sandro is told by his Patron Talista, that he will be contacted by a disciple of her. This ends up being Prisetta. She lets Sandro know Oruko Setsaki will be staying near town and it is her sworn duty to help Sandro achieve retribution. The explains the plan and provides guidance on how best to carry it out.
