Vagabon Steve

Steve is a middle aged man Dirt has encoutered a few times during his travels. He seems to be connected to Ilmater, God of Endurance. 

Primrose Campaign

The party first encountered Steve on the riverboat heading up the Bonfrau river towards Vexlorn . He and Dirt chatted about many things. When river monster attacked the boat, Steve helped the party by casting a healing spell. 
While at the Pruessmount Teahouse Dirt met Steve again. This time, Steve offered a piece of advice and seemingly disappered into the crowd.
