Portfolio
Elowyn is the goddess of good undead, misfits, redemption, the in-between, and peace Elowyn is the only member of the pantheon to not have been born divine, having ascended to divinity through the intercedence of Kelesta after being killed by Akmon (see the Redemption of Eosphorus myth) Elowyn believes that the law is useful in helping guide morality, but that sometimes the law is wrong and must be disobeyed for the good of all Elowyn believes that to help others and to pursue a path of kindness and peace is a sacred actDepiction
Elowyn is depicted as a young half-elf woman, sometimes vampiric, with long dark hair, wearing a white, bloodstained gown. She is often shown holding a candle or a lantern, or crying tears of blood. Elowyn is a kind and loving goddess, gathering to her all those who are misunderstood, abandoned, and alone. She views the Reborn as her children, shielding them from Akmon's wrath as best she can. She cares not only for her own followers, but all of the mortal realm, and will often bestow blessings on those in need of aid even if they are not one of hers. She delights in joy and kindness and abhors cruelty, and believes wholeheartedly in mercy and forgiveness.Relationships
Elowyn has no blood ties to the other deities, having been born to mortal parents centuries ago. She was said to have been the daughter of nobility, her father a half-elf and her mother a vampire Elowyn is beloved by many of the other deities for her kind and gentle heart. Kallias and Eosphorus are her lovers, and she is often the balancing voice to her partners' hotheaded personalities. Her only enemies among the gods are Akmon, her murderer, and Tanith, who delights in cruelty; even then, she tries her best to show them kindness and graceSymbols
Elowyn’s holy symbol is a gravestone, shining light into the darkness Elowyn’s colors are white and burgundy Elowyn’s favored weapon is the urumi, a whip-like sword Among Elowyn’s other symbols are doves, candles, and blood
