Guildmaster
Brintakua Anare - ama'il lizard folk
Brintakua (never shortened in their presence) is the guild leader of the Masons and Stonecrafters guild. Brusque and to the point, Brintakua is a master craftsman who tends to care little for other people and a great deal for their own work. Despite this, they have an eye for finding talented craftspeople and pairing them with the right mentors.

Guild Administrator
Basir Baurier - Male Dark Elf - Basir’s greatest strength is his meticulous attention to detail and a charm that goes on for days. His social skills make up for his guild leader’s lack.
Guild Structure and Ranks
Apprentice: Education in the guild begins with an in-depth look at different types of stone, their properties, and their various uses. Only after the apprentice has proven their understanding of these differences are they allowed to begin assisting on projects and slowly being allowed leave to create on their own. Journeyer: Journeyers are the backbone of the guild, doing most of the standard labor involving building structures, working on roads, and doing repairs. Advanced journeyers are sometimes tasked with acting as supervisors during particular projects. Master: Guild masters tend to focus less on the actual physical building of structures, and more on the design and architectural plans, sending their journeyers to do the labor on their behalf. Mastery Exam: A master-work piece for the stone crafters guild must either be statuary or work on a buildingCulture
The stonemasons guild, like the rock it is famous for working, is as stubborn and prideful as they come. Shaping the very earth seems to lend with it a sense of belligerence that you can make stone do what you want. The process through stonemason ranks is thus typically fairly slow and the traditions of the guild are always rigidly upheld.
Patron God: Caelus
Guild Symbols
Drawing from old dwarven culture, the guild uses a series of runic medallions to denote its ranks. Apprentices wear the Jera rune Journeyers wear the Wunjo rune Masters wear the Uruz runeGuild House Description
The stonemasons guild house is located on guild row and is, predictably, made of stone. Sturdily crafted, the guildhouse has had a variety of stonework and masonry work done to it over the years and is decorated in an almost eye-sore level of statuary and masonry flourishes.Public Agenda
The stonemasons guild is responsible for overseeing all stonemasonry and stone construction work within the city, for training new masons, and for overseeing trade with stone and mining safety. The last does not tend to happen often in Novandria and is handled by smaller guild houses in mining regions.
Assets
The city would quite literally fall apart without the stonemasons guild. From buildings to roads, stone is the foundation and material for most of the structures in Novandria. As such, the stonemasons are viewed in high regard and have access to plenty of materials for their craft.
History
The Stonemason’s guild is one of the oldest guilds in Novandria. Traditionally headed by dwarves, it has seen an expanded membership in other races in the last century.
