Structure
Guildmaster
Ermine Maltese - changeling woman
The newly elected guild leader of the Weapon-Forgers. She has been a master for several years with a specialty in stealth weapons and gadgetry weapons (sword canes, collapsable knives, etc) She is charming and sly and often manages to outwit people in conversation to get to her goals. Ermine and Della have an on-again, off-again romance but are unmarried.

Guild Representative
The guild representative at this time is Della Pierce, a gregarious and somewhat flighty human woman who tends to chatter rather endlessly. She’s an unusual fit for the often taciturn Weapon-Forgers, but the skill of her work can’t be argued. She specializes in cloth and leather armor.
Guild Administrator
An older dwarf male, Falk Bladewrite serves as an anchor for the younger - and somewhat flightier - leadership of the guild. Falk has been a fixture in the guild for many years and has served a number of guild masters. He is an expert at crafting blades of all sorts and an equal expert at managing the guild’s resources and the complicated web of supplies needed for their craft.
Guild Structure and Ranks
Apprentice: Apprentices are encouraged to experiment in various areas but are generally asked to choose between armor or weapons when they enroll, since the disciplines vary a good deal. Apprentices are taught to work with a variety of materials, but typically gravitate towards one in specific, such as leather or wood. Journeyer: Journeyers specialize further in their chosen area of work. For example, weaponsmiths may choose to specialize in guns, blades, or even experimental eletech weaponry, while armorers may work in chainmail, plate, or the like. Journeyers typically create standard, utilitarian pieces with little or no customization. Master: Masters in the Weapon-Forgers often create elaborate, incredibly sturdy custom items. Masters are allowed to work with exotic materials such as adamantium, and many learn to enchant their goods for greater damage or protection. Mastery Exam: Masters are required to provide three master works in their chosen area as part of their guild exam. One should be plain but serviceable for the “every-man,” the second more elaborate for the upper-classmen, and the third a show piece, highlighting the farthest reaches of their skills. .Culture
The guild is strict about observing rank within its own halls, but associates freely outside. Your Master might be your Master at the guild hall, but don’t expect them to turn down a drink at the tavern. Guild members tend to be practical and down to earth, much like their craft.

An apprentice may wear a simple pair of leather gloves, a journeyer wears gloves of leather with a braided edge, and a Master wears gloves of leather with metallic or carved embellishmentGuild House Description
The guild maintains a guild house just outside the Novandria borders. The dangers of fire, smelting, and the process of producing their goods is too hazardous to house within the close confines of guild house row.Public Agenda
The Weapon-Forgers provide weapons and armor for the Eisen army, the Novandria police forces, and for private citizens. It has deals with the Adventurers Guild, and also works with several other guilds such as the smiths, leatherworkers, and weavers to procure necessary supplies for its craft.
Assets
Despite the civilized nature of society, the guild still enjoys a prominent place in the economy of Eisen. Adventurers, explorations, and constant small global skirmishes keep it busy supplying people with armor and weapons
