River

It was a testament to her strength that she loved the young ones in her care. Even before she had lost them her heart went to them and in them she saw life for life's sake. Her life had brought misfortune, but in living she saw the hope in her own life and began to move towards that hope.
A young girl that grew up in the streets of Luennar. The world has not been kind to her. Fighting, she made it through five winters and not tries her hand at a sixth under the ever watchful of of the kingsgaurd hunting for orphans such as her and her group.
Ever the mother, ever the sister, ever the young flirt she strives through the streets of Luennar making her life prosperous even in threadbare shirts and trousers and worn shoes. The blue of her eyes shimmers with the collected hope of those who she's surrounded herself with.

Physical Description

Body Features

She is small, in stature. Small enough to move through crowds unseen and to fit into narrow passages that would otherwise reject a grown person or teenage boy. She is pale, skin like moonlight on a midsummers lake. Arms like withered oaks that are long dead or dying. Legs strained and stomach flat.

Special abilities

Not that she knows where it comes from or how she can control it, but when she feels that which will overwhelm her, be it anger or sadness or joy throughout, the ice that is present within her comes calling forth, sometimes biting, sometimes chill, but always spreading and reaching.

Education

She is a patron of the streets. Educated in the ways of theifdom, and how to survive between the alleys and away from the watchful eyes of the Kingsguard.

Accomplishments & Achievements

To date she has survived for five years, through winters and summers within the walls of Luennar. Fighting and stumbling for her life, her wits and quick thinking have kept her from being caught.
In her later years in on the streets she fights against the instincts to abandon people and has picked up three other orphans much like herself. As the eldest she cares for them and watches over them keeping them safe from all manner of adults and there plans.

Mental Trauma

From living on the streets and sleeping in the mines she has grown accustomed to her poor circumstances but it is not without it's debilitiations. She has a weary eye, a suspicious sense.
Anxiety wraps her mind, clutching it in its shaking grasp. It paralyzes her, and stops her from moving forward. She is comfortable where she is, nothing needs to change.

She is motherly in the way a woman cares for any child. She is protective, and shows it through actions and worry and her blatant self sacrifice. Even when hope is against itself she prevails in ways not thought possible to her.
