Halkiira

She was known through the area as the "Curse Breaker." In early 12034, she helped break one of the curses of the famed Rhodorim dragon family when they tried to attack a well known family in Shimont. Her abilities were able to nullify the curse placed on the warrior who was then able to fight and defeat the Dragon that cast the curse. The rest of the Rhodorim family left the area and the Shimont region was returned to peace. Halkiira was mainly left out of the praise for this act though as the majority of the praise was lavished upon the warrior who actually defeated the dragon. The story of her mastery over the curse spread amongst magic users in the kingdom and through those channels, she received much praise and requests for her to take on students.
Being a secluded and anti-social person, Halkiira decided to open a magic/curiosity shop in town to cater to any visitors and to be able to freely practice her magic and still make money from her creations/discoveries. Other than her affinity to resolving curses, she specializes in the collection of strange and unique magic items. The biggest part of her collection is a private collection of books on magic, runes, and curse breaking. She has taken the time to even read them all and has almost a scholarly level of knowledge on magic and some of the specific sub sets of magic.
Halkiira does not have any living family but, she is the granddaughter of the previous Archmage of Anseva, Sylaris Jesden. His daughter had Halkiira when she was young and raised her out of the public eye so it is not widely known that she is related to him. Learning with the Archmage at a young age drive a passion for magic and helped develop the incredible skill with it that she has to this day.

TLDR: Mage/Master curse breaker who owns/operates The Last Griffin which is a magic shop located in the town of Shimont.
