Queen Ayleth Dyana Osola's cloak

The original Queen Ayleth Dyana Osola's cloak - enchanted to add 1 AC
Inside the bottom of the cloak, there is a wire to weigh down the cloak and a magic wire as well. The magic wire was made of two streams of abjuration and divination magic that seemingly has its abilities artificially locked by whomever created this garment. There are also runes in a book about the beginning of the Empire that seemingly give clues as to the magic within the cloak but none so far have been able to decode it. (Once its decoded, it has access to Counterspell and Commune)
After researching the cloak multiple times, Renestrae Thaddenbau was able to research the cloak and found that it has the invisibility spell inherently encased in it but it was dormant within the cloak and needs to be awakened to be usable. In order to awaken the spell within the cloak, a ritual must be completed within the Osolan Kingdom Palace in the capital city of Trelith. The ritual must be done in the palace and requires blood of the new owner of the cloak to be dropped across the cloak. Once that is done, the new owner must sing the chant of the Dovakhin and the blood will be absorbed into the cloak as if it was never even there.
